Entry Visa Requirements and Letters of Invitation

The ICBMF welcomes participants from around the world.

Under the Immigration Rules of the United Kingdom and in order to attend a conference in the UK, nationals of certain countries must apply for a visa before travelling. A list of countries whose delegates require a UK visa and more information about the visa can be found on the UK Border Agency Website: https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa/overview

The earliest you can apply for a visa is 3 months before you travel. You should get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks. Check the guide processing times to find out how long getting a visa might take in the country from which you are applying: https://www.gov.uk/visa-processing-times

The conference organizers can provide an invitation letter to help with the visa application process. Please note that we will only prepare letters after a delegate has registered, no letters will be prepared before the registration has been completed. Please contact info@Icbmf.org if a letter is required.

All expenses involved with attending the conference are the responsibility of the attending party. Please note that this letter is not any form of guarantee from the organizers nor is it an offer for financial support.
